These things are normally inserted with pressures measured in tonnes, not kg. If you need to cut them to remove them, what hope have you got with a g-clamp?
To increase your chances, one trick you may want to try is to put the new bushes in the deep freeze overnight. Make sure you put the freezer to it's coldest setting. When you are ready to do the job, gently warm the housing with a blowtorch (not HOT, just warm), remove a bush from the freezer and have a go. Freezing it will contract the bush fractionally whilst heating the mounting will cause that to expand. It should make the bush easier to insert.
