Not Happy Alfa 2002 147 2.0TS running like a dog

As the title says the alfa is running very very rough,

Driving home, and seemed to loose a lot of power, and the car is very rough vibrations.

Did a quick unplug of the MAF, which made it worse, started to stall etc, so I assume the MAF is ok, also did a quick oil change,

Now there is no engine motor light coming on, which generally happens when a lambda sensors goes bad, from reading other threads,

Either way ive order 1, for the pre-cat,

What else could I look at ? car feels like it has 2cyl, whilst using twice the normal fuel,

Defiantly get the error code read before spending any money on a new part.

Sounds like a coil pack gone bad, or maybe spark plug. Get it plugged into diagnostics to check.

Maybe check the coil pack thingy near the oil filler cap like suggested .
I read oil can gather in that area .

Mine did this. It was oil in the plug hole.
Take the coil pack out and have a look.
