I have an issue with my Alfa 156 that is not so fun when driving for long periods of time.
Basically, when I am cruising with my car, any speed, when I am only gently using the gas pedal my car will suddenly jump forward (accelleration will start) and then suddenly stop. (if that makes sense)
for instance, I am driving at 60kmh, and I want to accelerate a little because I am going up a slight hill, or I want to increase my speed a little, When I gently press the gas pedal the car will act as if it doesnt want to accelerate, and then I press it less than 1cm and it jumps forward.
an other example, is if I am driving at 50kmh, and I suddenly get to a down hill, if I leave the gas pedal as it is, it feels like the car is breaking on the gears (as if I let go of the gas pedal)
no warning lights are lighting up. I connected my PC to the car and ran MultiECUScan, but it did not give me any errors.
It seems to accelerate fine, as long as I keep the gas pedal a good way down.
I bought a new MAF late last year, I also bought a new Cone (sport) air filter to go with it.
The spark plugs got changed in july last year. the front co2 sensor got changed in June last year.
Crank sensor changed 2-3 months ago.
Any tips to this is highly appreciated
