Mud flaps on 147

Do many people fit mud flaps on their 147's?

Re: Mud flaps on 147

147 here are sold with rear mud flaps. Front are as option in linea Alfa catalogue. However I removed the rear mud flaps too. There is not much difference for drivers behind you (as far as I can see in mirror), back of the car is dirty when raining in both cases, and it looks better without them.

Re: Mud flaps on 147

After much hassle I got mud flaps put on my 147 JTD and it looks pretty good, but I don't think they actually do very much. I'd be tempted to save your cash unless you really like the look of them. (I found it really hard to find someone that knew how to fit the darn things, it was very tempting just to super glue them on, but in the end I got them fitter during a service)

Re: Mud flaps on 147

Forget about Linea Alfa ones...sorry, for me they look like from Vectra, Golf, etc.

I have special edition Alfa by Praktiker. A pair costs 2 sterlings . You need a screw driver, nothing else and you can place it as you like. My back is clean and the drivers behind are not entering tsunami while driving behind me. For me it also looks more "race-sylish"! Like Sparco! Just have a look.
