Pretty easy, lower the window, then gently prise up the black base trim that runs along the bottom of the window, this can be removed completely if you need to, next at the back of the door right at the top there is a small black plug retaining the trim that runs across the top of the door, use a forked removal tool or similar and get this out then unpeel the rubber trim for a few inches until it clears the trim.
Then lastly you need to remove the rubber guide that the window runs up, its all just pushed into place and can be gently unseated and pulled back to reveal three screw in the front edge of the b pillar trim.
You won't be able to pull this trim right out as the window is still in the bottom bit but just remove enough to get to the screws, and I would recommend a strong magnet on your screwdriver shaft as you don't want the screw falling down into the door.
Once these are out you can pull the trim off, the back edge simply hooks around the back edge of the door.
Hope this helps.
