Hmmm Adjusting caster and toe on Alfa 156

Hey guys!
I have an Alfa 156 2.0 TS '97 model
The car stood for two months and the back brakes rusted together so I was told to try to drag the car until the brakes would cut loose. The robe we had didn't fit the hole so one of the guy tied it to chamber. It didn't work so i just took of the brake pads, cleaned them and did what i should have done from the start.

But i bought a brand new Tires because the old one just suddenly burned out. Then i drove 2000 km and a really expensive bridgestone tires are now completely flat.

So i took the guy to a mechanic, he didn't know what the hell was wrong, so I called a lot of garages, and finally someone told me about the the camber, caster and toe. So i looked at the back of the car and saw that the left tire turns a little inside but the other one turns straight.

So my question is do i need to buy a new chamber or can you adjust the caster and toe?

The only adjustments are:
Front Toe (which you want set to 0mm)
Rear Toe (which you want set to 3mm Toe-In)

Camber isn't adjustable and should be equal each side.

What settings do you have at the moment?
What do you mean by "chamber" ?

You have bent somethng in the rear suspension when you tied the tow rope to it! You'll need to replace whatever it is thats damaged.
