To reset the rear calipers you'll need a windback tool (ie Laser 1314).
With the handbrake fully released (check the lever on the back of the caliper is against its seat) wind the pistons fully in. Make sure the sliders are free & lubricated. Also make sure the pads aren't sticking (Copaslip as required).
When it is all back together, use the FOOT brake to bring the pistons back out to their working positions, then check/adjust the handbrake.
When you are winding the pistons in, keep an eye on the brake fluid level, if it is low when you start you may be ok, but if it is on its "Max" level, you'll need to remove some from the reservoir to stop it overflowing.
