Did you remove and grease the upper wishbone bushes and refit before fitting the wishbone itself?
Did you check the condition of the anti roll bar drop links before removing the bottom ball joint on them in order to lift the anti roll bar to make room to install the bottom wishbones?
Squeaky upper wishbone bushes on accelerating and braking= no grease, very rare they are pre greased.
Knocking on uneven surfaces= worn drop link ball joint, removal and chewing on with trying to clamp the ball joint to get the nut off can damage them.
I just hope you put the long upper wishbone bolt head towards the rear of the car and not towards the front coil spring like OE factory fitment. Or you will have to strip the strut down to get the bushes out to grease them.
If you reversed the bolt, it will take 15 minutes to remove the bushes, grease them and refit... And without even having to remove the wishbone from the hub arm ball joint either
Before you have a face plant moment... Doh!
Spray lots of silicone lubricant over the bush area on the upper wishbones to see if the squeak goes then you know that they do need greasing.
Disconnect the bottom drop link ball joint too and cable tie it up and see if the knocks stop... Then you know fir sure what the issues are
