Help Alfa 156 rear wheels alignment?

Hi guys! I Have an alfa 156 and have done 10,000 kms on it and is absolutely great after a few issues i had with it when i bought it. I recently realised that the rear wheels are inclined inwards. The inner part of the wheels wears out a lot quicker as i had to change the rear left wheel when i noticed the tread on the inside was badly worn out. Anyone know if the rear suspension is adjustable? I hope so! If not, could it be the rear shock are knackered? Thanx a million guys!

The rear tracking is adjustable - Toe in/out

The camber of the wheels is not.

My rear wheels look a little inclined inward at the top - i think this is normal.

The tracking of the 4 wheels will effect the tyre wear - especially the inside edge. I recommend you get it checked by someone who can do a four wheel alingnment and preferably has done it on a 156/147/GT before.

Front - 0mm toe in (parallel)
Rear - 3mm toe in (1.5mm toe in on each side)

The front and rear have negative camber, which is normal.

It's worth checking the rear suspension bushes for wear before getting the tracking done.
