Breaking a 05 JTS

108k on car but i keep finding turbos on bay with Garrett plates or engraving of which this has none, which leaves me to think its a recon? came off easily, only oddity being no gasket between turbo and manifold? when i turbod a 206 vtr years ago the T3 on that had metal gaskets at every join?
these feed pipes...why does everyone change them? mine cleaned out easily, theres no filtration or absorbtion in them? banjo bolt i agree with though, sooo wish id done an oil change first now :-/
no chra's 150 spec on bay, BTN and AET only do full recon/new complete turbos
