Throttle problem - revs stuck at 2000rpm when foot off pedal

I have a slight problem with my throttle on my 147 TS 1.6 120HP (2001).
Sometimes when I accelerate and then move my foot off the pedal the revs drops just fine, but only to stop (or get stuck) at 2000rpm for a few seconds and then slowly fall down to about 800rpm. By the way, car idles perfectly (warm or cold).
What could this be? Do you have any idea? It happens randomly. Sometimes revs drops just fine, sometimes they stuck. But always at 2000rpm
Anyway, thanks for replies!

I've had the same thing on my 156 - there are a few threads on here that blame a speedo sensor and the ABS but the first thing to check is that you don't have an air leak in the intake pipe which is messing up the fuelling. The intake pipe flexes and can split. On mine it was visible but could be in the concertina parts and hard to see.

Dirty throttle body butterfly sticking in position when closing to idle. Usually down to oil deposits from the breather pipes mixing with grit and making a ring of dirt on the throttle body aperture.
Grit gets in if there is bad fitting of the induction pipe or small splits bypassing clean filtered air.
