I think the only difference between the 1.6 and 2.0 litre engines is the block, as far as I know all the TS heads are exactly the same, and the only difference between the 147 and the 156 is the ignition system CF1, CF2 and CF3 for the 147.
I swapped a 2.0 156 head straight onto my 1.6 147, cams and all no probs what-so-ever (for a change).
So your 2.0 inlet manifold and exhaust manifolds will just bolt straight on.
As far as any engine sensors go, you should just be able to swap them straight from engine to engine.
All academic now, as you are swapping like for like........
