Which Pressure Converter / Solenoid?
I still have the loss of low down power after the rockers were replaced following the aux belt incident. I have checked the timing checked, replaced the EGR, cleaned the VNT flaps of the turbo and checked for faults - NONE.
The car runs excellently once over 2k, in fact I can't ever remembering it running so smoothly, which makes the problem even more frustrating. Oh and it is slow to start when cold, but OK when warm or even immediately after it has started on a re-start.
Short of taking it in to my Indie AGAIN, the only thing I can change is the Pressure Converter / Solenoid. However I'm not sure which one I need as although GSF offer one at £43 (less 10% btw) it seems to be a different one for the 20v 156, although eper says all diesels have the same valve; the number on mine is 46768258 (7.21903.11).
I did a ECU re-set, but I'm wondering if I should do it again as I have changed the EGR.
