400 bar is plenty of pressure for starting id imagine and in those fes shots it thats says desired 432bar actual 26bar , so the actual is only 26bar that seems too low.
the hp pump pressure will depend a lot on cranking speed so if its only doing 200-300rpm it may not be fast enough or if your sure engine is cranking at 900rpm by ear and rev counter and fes says rpm 200-300 crank sensor?

looking around cranking speed and iq of around 30mm3 400-500bar seems normal to be desired.
if you have full version of fes you can select parameters and log and record
can you select log and record then crank over
total fuel quantity
desired fuel quantity
desired fuel pressure
fuel pressure regulator opening(msrop)
and also worth doing it for
desired intake air quantity
intake air quantity
in your screenshots above one says maf 0.0mg/I during cranking id expect 400-500mg/I have you tried disconnecting maf and cranking?
heres a log of my jtdm cranking(warm engine so fuel quantity is lower than youd see cold)engine running then off then cranking again around 14 seconds
I cant seem to find any with rail pressure regulator % but should be somewhere 30-40%
I see yours was 6% that looks almost fully shut trying to build pressure?
not sure if damage would occur but could injector plugs be disconnected to disable injectors and then crank over and log fuel pressure again, if a lot higher possible injector issue ?if no different possible pressure regulator issue?or pump?
rereading your 1st post does hp pump pully get removed to do belt? I have seen reports of cracking these pullys on refitting when overtightning.
your original issue may have been bad maf sensor
