that last log is pressure regulator 28% act fuel pressure 390bar if this is the case looks pretty normal and enough to start
without the rpm its hard to say as we cant see how fast the engine is turning the pump to generate this pressure?
im no mechanic but as diesel engine uses compression and heat, could you try a warm air source (hairdryer )blowing near to air inlet snorkel whilst cranking so engine breathing warm air if issue is glow plugs or relay or compression this may be enough to let it start.
especially if you have similar weather there as I have here back door has a 1m snow drift up it, can barely make out car under snow now.
id go back and check whatever you did with crank and cam sensors as that's where you lost revs output?
even think of starting a thread on just the rpm issue "jtd16v no rpm output ?"
im supprised by lack of input from specialists to be honest.
and one more thing looks odd to me your battery voltage doesn't drop much during cranking where mine takes a big dip,i know its cold here but its a massive battery and 3 months old, are you sure glow plugs are operating as they should probably draw 40-60 amps.
failing that with the cambelt issue could there be any damaged valves causing loss of compression hence making it easier to turn over, dropping less volts?
