I say your Fortunate as obviously you have worked hard, but you have also had an element of luck in your life (Iím a believe that we create our own luck on most occasions as I believe you probably agree). Your fortunate enough to now have the time and money to spend on your car or anything else you care too.
Surely saying your fortunate is a good thing or am I missing something, i'm not saying you donít deserve it in anyway !!
Lets just clarify one thing here.
Fortunate,Luck?,no such thing in my life, then or now.Im a working class person from a general working class part of Dublin. Not a rich young lad who has had everything given or gifted to him by his parents since he was born.
I worked and work very hard in the Telecomms industry for B.T and other Telecomms companies doing up to 90 hour weeks to make my money.Working in very dangerous conditions to install, maintain ISDN systems and Fibre Optic links and Hub systems.
I invested and invest alot of money in government saving schemes and international tracker bond schemes and also invested and still invest in different companies. Some people open a savings accounts/post office accounts in the bank,I on the other hand put my money into the above.
If I want to buy something I save up to buy it.I also make my hard earned money work for me.I work for it so it can work for me.
As my father once said to me,"If you dont have the money for it,then you cant afford it".Thats how I work and live on a day to day basis.Work hard,so Play hard.
