Another mad idea

Some time back I read up on water injector, this has been on the back burner for many years in the auto industry, I even recall it's used in aviation piston engines. Anyway some time back the cylinder head gasket failed on my sons car and I noticed that the affected cylinder was clean and carbon free. This set me thinking, as you can see I am running a JTS that has a reputation for building up carbon, you can see we're this is going, although not a turbo'd or supercharged engine do you think it will benefit from fitting a kit, has anybody tried it?
