EML and MCSF are same thing. Make the gears learn to engage?????
Oil and filter easy remove the undertray (if still fitted) oil filter is at bottom front of engine bay. 10W60 oil only. Filter unscrews like usual, nothing funny like the Beamer V8 one.
G/box oil - didn't you just replace the box? So oil is new? If not, with undertray off the drain and fill plugs are fairly obvious.
Air filter box can be a problem with rusty/stripped screws as you noted, you just have to fight it until the screws are out. Remove the main air intake pipe and relay holder so you can get at it. Relay holder held in by 2 nuts hiding, undo those and just shove it out the way don't try and disconnect completely. MAF comes out attached to the lid of the airbox so easy to clean once you've done that.
Yes you should change brake fliud. How about cambelt?
Spark plugs have a 60k mile life so not worth replacing unless they're stuffed. Or they've been there for 60k.
Fuel filter some JTS don't have one apparently, look under the floor in front of the fuel tank to see if yours does.
Pollen filters - under the dash passenger side. Really tricky to find so you should search on here or google for a guide with pics. Then it's easy-ish.
