New car, moving over exhaust

I have just bought myself a 156 2.4 20v Ti which I'm chuffed to bits with but I'm already thinking of what to do...

I've currently got a 2.4 10v sportwagon that has a full stainless system on it which I'd like to fit to the 20v but I believe there is a cat in the downpipe as well.

Will it fit and what can I do about the cat?

Exhaust comprises
1. Downpipe to flexi
2. Silencer and Catalytic convertor
3. Middle pipe
4. Tail pipe and rear exhaust box.

According to Eper only item 3 is the same on the 10v and 20v.....but I'd have thought if that is the same then item 4 should fit, and it may be that one or both of the other two will fit, but I guess its a "suck it and see" situation.

Kill the cat, I hear that Findus are looking for interesting new flavors to put into their new range of pies

Pre-cat replacement pipe here:

thanks, I shall order the pipe from JS tuning shortly.

As for the other cat that is towards the middle section, I'm wondering if its any different to the 10v, as I'm hoping to do a swap.

I've been scouting the well known auction site, and have found an original exhaust from a 20v, that states it'll fit the v6, which should mean its all compatible as my exhaust is listed for the v6 aswell.

I just don't want to take off the exhaust to find that my stainless cybox system doesn't fit
