Here's a pic by Alfahoe i picked up from a quick search. I've never done my Gt's lights but I've done my 156 about 15 times each side thanks to faulty bulbs.
Look at the spring clip that holds the bulb in, at the top of the spring you'll see where it hooks under a metal hook, one to the left and 1 to the right of the bulb. All you do is push the clip in towards the light fitting whilst pushing out sideways (just like unhooking anything). The spring will then drop down on it's bottom pivots, you then pull the bulb out. Make sure you align you're bulb correctly, use a make up mirror so you can see it clearly. There's a tab on the bulb base, this has to go at the top of the light fitting (see pic).
Easiest to unplug the electrical connection before undoing the spring.
Once you've looked at the pic, it'll dawn on you how easy it is. DIY mate easy. Did you buy Ring bulbs?
