156 Engine Cutting Out While Driving.
So last week I was out driving and I notice the power-steering had gone. Turns out the engine had cut out completely and I hadn't actually noticed. I pulled over and after a couple of failed attempts at starting it, it did eventually start and was fine for the rest of the drive home.
I've been out in it a couple of times since and it's been fine. However, yesterday I popped over to get some petrol and the engine cut out as I was coming down a particularly steep hill. I turned off the ignition, back on again, and it started fine while still rolling.
On my way to work this morning, I was approaching a junction and noticed it had cut out again. Again, I was able to start it while rolling forwards so no major issue caused. However, its starting to get very annoying - not to mention possibly dangerous depending on where/when it happens.
Am I correct in thinking that it's probably the crank sensor that needs replacing?
