HELP: Worrying clicking/clanking noise on 156!

Hi guys,

After getting an awful vibration through my steering wheel when pressing the accelerator.

I thought it might be a cv joint problem but they checked out fine. I got the looked at and it was found to have 4 egg shaped tyres.

All 4 have been replaced but tonight on my first trip since picking the car up, I now have an awful clicking/clanking sound coming from the front suspension area when turning hard right or hard left.

Any thoughts please?

EDIT: I've just done a bit of research and it just has to be the cv joints (I think) and so if that is the case where is the best place to purchase new ones?
