No. Had four. One OK, others dire.
2 x vw's
And the Alfa 156 which I've owned for 6 years..
My old man's daily drivers - BMW, mercs, masterati's and jaguars....
ALL of them have problems. All meticulously looked after, regular oil changes with high quality gr4 oil....
My Alfa has had it's fair share of problems but mostly due to wear and tear. The only major issue it ever had was a cam belt failure, which was my fault.
Yet, of all the above cars, it's been the most enjoyable by far. Which is why I still own it after 6 years!
You've had a bad run, and I'd be questioning why all three of yours were lemons when you see a whole forum of ppl here who adore their Alfa's - worts and all
I'll keep my 156 for many years to come and I'll add a 156 GTA to the family soon... Frankly, I can't see myself ever owning anything else - not while they keep banging out so many consumable, disposable rubbish cars as they seem to be these days.
Anyway, each to our own I guess.
