I think you can forget logging desired maf values, something to do with egr function.
Just one test with ign only on atmospheric air pressure and boost pressure, and then start car and keep logging to see difference(i think it will be say 5 seconds ign on then start car as values will go off after too long on just ign)
I think in your last log desired boost 890mbar and your boost pressure 820mbar seem a long way apart.
Also the egr off?
Either the maf values are too low to operate egr or is it possible it has been mapped out in the past?
Also maf air temp and boost air temp seem very close to each other(less than 15 *c increase) this seems low also (with high ambient 30*c )has it got a large alloy intercooler?
Also in those last logs i think the highest maf value was 500ish this is very low still probably should be 800-1000 at those revs, can you do a log with total injection quantity, maf,boost, im sure you wont be getting any sort of normal IQ.
And by lack of support in this thread id think about moving this into the tuning section, there are a lot more jtd specialists active in there.
