156 2.0 crank sensor

just tried to access my crank sensor through the top of the engine bay to no avail is there a guide on here as to how to get the throttle body removed and is its easier from below i dont fancy snapping an exhaust bolt. any help would be greatly appreciated

I find it easier from underneath you dont need to touch the exhaust its plugged in under the bonnet its the brown connector and is held in place by 5mm allen key bolt if i remember correctly .

Took me about 20 mins to change from underneath might be a bit of a pain to pull out of the block you may be lucky tho .

i always do them from above still takes 20 mins and a few curses.Throttle body is held on by 4 torque type screws 5 mins to remove then you can reach down and explore the depths.

I couldn't remember if they were Torx screws or Allen screws, but they are not hidden, so should be easy to spot!
