ABS / VDC warnings after suspension change - Can an ECU reset help?
Just wondering if an ECU reset would help with ABS and VDC warning lights I am getting after a front suspension and drivers side hub change?
I read on a thread..... that I cant now find... that the ECU will take time to 'Learn' the new settings for the hub sensor as it has the old settings stored in it and that this can take upto a week, is this right?
When I turn the key to the MAF position and the car goes through the test, no warnings come up. Its not till I start driving (50mtrs or so....sometime longer) that the dash lights up with the warnings.
Its also had a wheel alignment / geometry check after the suspension and hub was changed.
Would a steering calibration also be required through Alfadiag help?
