Tyres and Tracking
Just had to replace front tyres after about 16,000 miles as the MOT found the inside edge had worn smooth. The tyres inquestion were a pair of Dunlop SP2000's with about 3mm left in the center of the tread, the rear tyres are the same type but have now covered 25,000 miles and are wearing on the outer edge. With this in mind I decided to have the 4 wheel laser tracking checked out, all was fine! I had even consulted his guide book and told him to use the Sport entry of 0mm which he already had done.
Now, Telford is notorious for its rediculous amount of roundabouts, but surely the wear would be all outside or all inside.
Anyway, got a good deal on some Eagle NCT5's fitted etc for £60 each inc VAT.
Hope to get some more life from these as best so far on the fronts have been Conti Sports with 24,000 miles but another 20quid a piece.
