Well obviously it all depends on condition, mine hadn't had a timing belt failure and did have a recent cambelt, waterpump, clutch & DMF, full front suspension rebuild, radiator, upper & lower turbo hoses and all VNT hoses changed to silicone, so it was a properly sorted example. But it was only on 16" wheels and I'd have said it was probably in average cosmetic condition for the miles. I think it was the massive service history that sold mine for me as it went to someone who already had an Alfa and knew what they could be like to run.
If you're happy to get £2k for it then stick to your guns, it will sell quick no doubt. But if you wanted to hang on I'm sure you could ask for more, especially with that low mileage.
