147 JTD MJet 16v Clutch Replacement

Clutch gone on my 147 jtd mjet 16v. All hydraulic parts changed so it has to be the clutch its self.
Iíve got a few weeks off work so Iíve decided instead of getting a garage to do it Iím going to save some pennies and tackle it myself.
I have the e-learn CD and the procedure seems very straight forward, but quite a lot to remove and refit. Anyone got any hints/tips/guide to make the job a little easier.

Thanks in advance

Hey, sorry but unfortunately I can't offer a tip but i'm sure someone will. My master slave cylinder is being replaced next week but i may also change the clutch as they're notoriously stiff on the 147's and GT's. Have you bought a genuine Alfa clutch or have you got an aftermarket performance clutch?
