Rear jack stands points - 156
My new transverse arms arrived from EB Spares today and I am planning on fitting them this weekend. woohoo.. It will be nice to have rear wheels that don't steer themselves willy nilly..
Anyway, I have a feeling that I may have to drop the rear sub frame so that the arm bolts (and arms) clear the fuel tank.
So my question is, where do I support the car? I know where the jacking points are, but the axle stands?
Looking at the subframe, I'd be reluctant to put stands under that even if i wasn't planning on dropping it.. its made of alloy and I really don't want to damage it.
Also if anyone happens to know what the torque settings are for the forward and rear arms bolts to the frame, and the long bolts at the hub end of the arms, that would be awesome.. I have elearn but it just doesn't make any sense to me.
