try cleaning the selespeed unit and all the connections to the actuator with contact cleaner and toothbrush.its awkward and easier with ramps also unplug the multipin cable joint next to the MAF and battery and spray with contact cleaner. then reconnect, finally unplug the battery for 10 mins and reconnect, when you put the key in the ignition, turn it but don't crank the engine. just listen and make sure that there are a few whirring and clicking noises. and that the pump is priming, finally. check the level of selespeed oil in the reservoir.
