Dual Zone Climate control question.

O.K. Taking some collegues out last night from work and they were very impressed at the interior of the 147. The commented on the climate control system and asked the question:

What happens to the temparture of the rear of the car when, in the front, the temparatures are set to say 17 degress for the passenger and the driver is set to 23 degrees. What does the rear vent pump out?
17 or 23, or in the middle.

Good question I though. Has been puzzling me all night (how sad ).
What do you guys think?

Re: Dual Zone Climate control question.

We have discussed this before. Must be about 3 years ago. Can't remember what the result was, but I think it will be the driver setting for the rear.

Re: Dual Zone Climate control question.

I think you're right Hans. It's the drivers setting that sets the temperature to the rear. It's a dualzone, not a treezone. And in this particular case it's a monozone.
