Re: Light on when braking
Easy enough to do on the Sportwagon, can't see it being any more difficult on the saloon.
.release a couple of catches
.twist the bulb to remove it
.suck thumb where you twisted the bulb the wrong way, taking the glass off and slicing open your thumb
.scream as the slither of glass in your thumb cuts your tongue open
.come to on floor having passed out after banging your head on the inside of bootlid
.find pair of pliers to remove bulb base from light cluster
.find molegrips as pliers won't grip the bulb enough for you to twist it out
.remove twisted remains of bulb
.insert new bulb
.scrabble around on floor because you forgot to twist the bulb into place and it's now pooped out again, rolling under rear of car
.hurl pliers at neighbour, currently lying on his side in a foetal position, helpless with laughter.
.insert bulb, reattach cover, close boot.
.check dash display, only to find it was the fuse after all.
By the way, I can see your house from here (Canary Wharf)
