torque settings front wishbone

Ok guys tomorrow is d day!!!

Time to rebuild the front suspension on the 156 2.4 20v jdm 2005 vintage

Any way I have one of the disks comi g from eBay but it's not arrived yet so can any one let me know the relevant torque settings

Lower ball joint nut
Long bolt thru the suspension y link
2 bolts in to the alu inner mount (on wishbone)
2 bolts in to the steel inner mount (on wishbone)
Nut o ball joint for upper wishbone
Bolt on upper wishbone

Any others that I may need when replacing both upper and lower wishbone

Also the inner mounts on the lower wishbone, do they need any lubricating??
Is it even possible???

The only discrepancy I have found so far is that the longbolt on the y-link should be torqued to 130nm according to eLearn, not 81-89nm as this guide states. I hope someone here can clarify that for us...

Hope this helps

Tomorrow is d-day for me too.. been putting it off for ages...
