Clutch pedal drop and price to fix

Hi all

Hopefully somebody can help.

I bought a 147 JTD 16v about 4-5 months ago from a dealer with a 6 month warranty.
The clutch pedal dropped to the floor about 2.5 months in, though was still usable - the biting point was about an inch from floor but would fully release and engage in that inch.
This was fixed by the dealer by fitting a master cylinder under warranty.

The clutch did it again a month later, but fixed itself a day later.
The dealer is claiming a new clutch and flywheel is necessary. He has kindly offered to pay the labour if I pay the ~500 for Valeo clutch and flywheel. Does this sound reasonable?

Should I instead replace the slave cylinder, and hope for the best? I'm conscious that the warranty will end soon, and if the clutch is going to go anyway, i might as well replace it for this discounted rate.
