you get what you pay for in tires.
All are a compromise between grip and life.
I have just replaced the front of my 3.2 GT, pirelli p-zeros (they had only 1000 km on them, they are know here for going hard quickly in the heat) with michelin ps3, it felt like the suspension had been overhaulded, pirelli hard side wall, michelin soft.
Im not a frech fan but their tyres are good, but wish Id paid for the sports!
Conti good but cannot get their best here in small sizes. 225 is small here.
On the gymkhana circut you quickly realise how a cheeper tire reacts in an emergency.
Fit the best you can afford, I have always done this, its the only thing that contacts the road.
