Doubt it...certainly not the immobiliser light......but its difficult to tell from your descriptions of the fault just what is happening........BTW as you are new here, perhaps I might suggest that its better not to start multiple threads about the same issue, as it leads to confusion and cross-postings. Not meaning to be confrontational here - just to explain that the forum works better - and will give you a better answer, if you can clearly explain your issue and not confuse the situation with different threads.......
Hope you get the situation sorted....it can be one of a range of things - including the relays and the wiring to them, in front of the battery....and/or of course the sfore-mentioned crank sensor as part of the issue.
