Have you tried the fuel cut off switch under the passenger seat? The problem appears to be very similar to the issues I had and having traced the earth points and cleaned and rescured them, all the problems then disappeared and the car runs without any problems.
Be very thorough with checking the earth positions and just to recap the points on the 1.6 TS, these are located as follows:
1. Earth point on passenger side front wing - just infront of the battery tray and relay locations.
2. Earth point on the throttle body/ecu between the two ECU plugs
3. Earth point on the spark plug cover plate next to cylinder 4 spark plugs
4. Earth point on the rear of the cylinder head - just below the throttle body and the ignition coil wiring
When you turn the ignition on, but don start the engine go in to the engine bay and wobble/jiggle the wiring to the ECU and if you have a bad earth or loose earth, the realys for the fuel pump and injectors will keep tripping in and out, as they did in my case and this is when I found the loose earth on the rear of the cylinder head, below the wiring to the ignition coils from the wiring loom.(If need be I can issue some photos)
Have you changed the battery too? This could be causing problems as I found out.
Does the engine rev, or does it limit the rpm?
If all the fault codes have been cleared, what were they prior to clearing??
Remove and refix the relays infront of the battery cradle/box, clean the tabs too.
Code light on the dash and I am assuming is the immobiliser/key and it may be that the battery in the key fob needs replacing.
Hope the above provides you with help and keep us aware of progress
