Swapping 147 interior was pretty simple
I have a white dog and the hairs were unacceptable on black cloth seats, so I found a spotless beige leather set from a 2007 5-door JTD for my 2001 TS 2.0 and drove over with a friend to attempt to install them last week. The seller was a breaker and agreed to dispose of the old ones.
One small snag is that Alfa changed the seat airbag connector type, so I couldn't reconnect them on-site and had to drive home without them. I have now carefully installed the new plugs on the existing cables and await a KKL VAG-COM connector to reset the airbag dash light with the red adaptor and Multiecuscan - which is still cheaper than Halfords are quoting for the service.
The door cards were a bit fiddly and the switch unit in the driver's door has a small screw underneath that has to be removed before pulling the unit up to get to the bolt in the door behind. We didn't know that and pulled the top off the unit, which meant some reassembly.
Total cost £150.
