Removing and replacing twinspark engine

What's the best way to tackle this on a 147 2.0.

Going to be doing it on a driveway, car on axle stands with an engine crane.

I assume the easiest way is drop the subframe off but I don't think that'll be possible without me having some ramps.

If i'm pulling it through the engine bay, is it best to leave the engine and box as 1 unit or separate them?

out and in as one, you may need to remove the crank pulley...
