Does the fan come on over 100 degrees at full speed?

If so i'd cut and solder together the fan resistor cables. I prefer to hear the fan come on anyway.

I thought it would burn out the contacts in the smaller 30A red relay but mines still working 2 years later. Full speed uses a black 50A relay in mine.

When I got my car I had - failed 30A relay, Bad conection on the fan connector at the back of the fan and a dead resistor. Took me a while to diagnose
