more jts mis-firing

hello ladies and gentlemen

i am having problems with my 156 jts mising, it is most prominent at low (1400-2000) revs and will usually only make the mcsf light flash but after a couple of weeks the miss will get really bad and the mcsf will stay on untill reset with fiat ecuscan, after which it will run fairly normal but getting worse over the next couple of weeks again, i've read all the stories about injectors failing on these things but surely if it was injectors it would not reset with an ecu reset

the fault codes that i read are:
misfire cylinders 1+4
multiple misfire
post cat lambda 2 plausibility

this is the graph of the lambda readings

i see that the reading of the post cat 2 lambda is not as spikey as the others but is that because of faulty injectors, a duff cat or a duff lambda sensor?

there was quite a bit of oil down the spark plug recesses and i've cleaned that all out and swapped the coil packs about 1-2 and 4-3 but that makes no difference to where the misfire is from

does anyone have any ideas?

Soldering pre-cat O2 connectors and changing MAF has solved all the misfires and fuel/air ratio problems on mine.
