How do I unplug the MAF sensor?

I've been trying to unplug the MAF sensor on my 147 JTD 150, i've found the plug but as its under the battery tray it's hard to get to. My question is where do I squeeze? is it on both of the long sides or on both of the short sides? I've given it a go and my fingers are hurting now.

Update - It was not a squeeze to unclip type connector, I had to get a small screwdriver and pull a little black tab out that was hiding under a yellow clip type thing.

on my 156 1.6TS, I had to press on the sides of it (where the connector is longest)

Not sure how it is on a diesel though.
