I have just read this thread from the start.....
Some VERY misplaced comments me thinks.
I think we should all just take a moment and think.
There's some poor sod in intensive care who's just been hit (through no fault of his own) by a guy driving a supercar at way above the speed limit. Our thoughts should be with him and his poor family.
This incident should be and I hope will be treated in an incredibly harsh manner and I hope that Hamed gets the book thrown at him.
Yes, he's arrogant. Yes, he's too young. The fact of the matter is it doesn't matter who he is, what race, what sex, what anything - he drove like a utter tw4t.
Why oh why isnt there a compulsary super-advanced driving test for those who wish to drive supercars on the road. Maybe it would instill a sense of responsibility and liability to those folk who are priviliged (or rich) enough and make them see the speed limit signs in and around our cities.
I for one have seen Hamed driving around Sheffield too. His parents live at the bottom of the road of a close friend of mine near Dore. My experience of him is very similar to Alfatastic - he deserves to be locked up. His immaturity defies belief. End of story.
