Depends on what they actually did.
If maybe 2 calipers were utterly stuffed and needed taking off the car, stripping, cleaning, rebuilding etc, it'll take longerm, but 11 hours is taking the Mick.
It took me 8 hours, say 6 hours after lunch, tea and biscuit breaks etc. to jack up (using the Alfa jack and axle stands, so it takes awhile), and remove wheels, remove rear calipers, rewind pistons, clean and grease rear brakes, and bleed through new fluid, then put wheels back on, lower car, jack up and remove front wheels, remove front calipers entirely, remove discs, block old flexible lines, install new front calipers, discs, pads, swap lines and then nip up, check repeatedly and bleed front brembos (2 nipples each) on my own.
I am a mechanical moron and need to check everything several times to make sure its done.
