Best to get new studs and bolts, the problem i had was when i got the studs out the bolts were seized to the studs and when you go to reuse them you either have rounded bolts, and when you go to torque it up, And you must torque it as its an alloy head (27-29Nm), then its not a proper job as you are torqueing the stud with the siezed bolt on it.
the new studs need to be inserted and screwed down to the shank fully and then put the manifold on and torque bolts up, be sure to use copper bolts too.
another heads up, when you get to the bolt thats behind the A/C bracket, try and take the A/C compressor bracket off if you can, its allot more work but you wont be able to get that bolt out and torque the new one at that angle.
