My 147 JTDm 16v has been playing up when starting and sometimes spewing out grey smoke. This morning it was smoking in 6th starting at around 2000RPM even when only given a hint of throttle.
I gave it a little thrash which did seem to help slightly.
The inlet manifold was leaking around cylinder number 4 until I put some gasket sealant around it and stuck it in place
I think its still leaking slightly although my MPG has definatly gone up.
Ive run a bottle of forte through it which didn't do a huge amount.
The EGR valve is working and clean.
Anyway, the graph show the correction values as being all over the place. The bit where it goes up and back down was were I turned the AC on and back off again to see what affect it had.
I did the same test before I sealed the swirl flap to see if there was a differance, but the result was the same.
This graph was done when the car was stationary and idling.
