Well, after being bitten by the Alfa bug when I recently got a 156 2.0 TS SW Veloce, I just had to get a V6.
I managed to get one this week so I'm well chuffed.
It's a 2001 Sportwagon again but no rails on this one. I actually prefer the rails so I may look at retro fitting some. I've heard it's not as easy as it may appear but I reckon I could sort it. More practical for me for carrying bikes and stuff. It's also got the Q-System box on it too...I wasn't sure about it at first but once you get used to it and learn 'when' to use it, it's cool. There's nothing better than an auto round town and stuck in traffic, and I've had autos before, but they've all been like a sequential box where it's up, up, up - down, down, down, not an 'H' gate in the manual mode. I came over Woodhead from Manchester the other night around 2 am and it was superb on the narrow windy roads. Pity is was lashing it down otherwise I could have given it a bit more. It's a dangerous road, treat it with respect otherwise it'll have ya'. lol
It's also got a full Autodelta Stainless on it as well...no mention of it in the ad, so I was proper chuffed when I saw it. Sounds mint! Not too loud and chav-ish, just right.
Anyway...I just thought I'd tell you
