147 Throttle position

I did the ECU/throttle position reset whilst I had the battery out at the weekend.

For some reason it doesnt seem quite as quick as before (i've let it re-learn for a few days), it almost feels like once the throttle pedal gets to a certain point theres no extra power so I plugged the Fiat ecu scan in.

Its showing the throttle being 100% open at approx 2/3rds of the actual travel of the pedal. In other words the throttle is fully open way before the pedal touches the floor (according to Fiat ecu scan).

Does anyone know if they're supposed to be like this? (its a '06 146 Jtdm)
