How much is it Worth?

HI All,

Firstly sorry if I have put this in the wrong section but wasn't sure where it should go.

After 3 years with my 147 I've decided to move to something new. I only do about 4-5k a year so there is no point me owning a diesel anymore.

The problem is i'm not too sure what I should stick my car up for. When I look on Autotrader there is only one similar spec/mileage 147 that comes up and the dealer is asking for more then what I originally paid for mine!!!

So the car is a 147 1.9 jtd M-jet on an 04 plate with just over 50000 on the clock (recently just went over the 50K). It's a lusso with what I can only describe as a grey leather interior. It has FSH and has had the cam-belt/water-pump done just before I bought it.

It has 17 inch Alfa alloys (Not sure of the name but they are a 5 spoke design) which could all do with a refurb.

The body work is Black and I would say average for the age, with one noticeable scratch along one of the passengers doors that has been touched up and the usual car park scuff/dent etc.

I know that it will always come down to what someone is prepared to pay but I'm stuck for where I should be starting with.

Thanks for any help or advice offered.

Tatty smoker 147? couple of grand, condition is everything unfortunately and people will pay a bit more for a excellent example because the older cars in good condition are getting rarer.

what would someone have to spend to get all the tatty bits sorted? take that off what you think its worth.

Might get 2K if you tidy her up and advertise like heck!

Parkers have it at around 1,950 private sale, but they are low.
